The GP Service is a UK based startup that provides online GP consultation services. With over
6000 pharmacies on board, GPS is steadily becomming a household name in the healthcare industry.
Services by GPS include video based GP consultations, online form based treatments, and online
travel health assessment. GPS platform is trusted by major brands including Superdrug and
Cooperative Pharmacy. Verstead is the proud technical services provider for GPS, leading
development and maintainance of the platform, taking the burden of day-to-day technical aspects
away from them.
Based in Nigeria, Guardwatch solves a unique problem in handling emergencies. Guardwatch
originated as a way for users to share an emergency with the neighbourhood, asking for help when
in need. Having gained a considerable consumer base, Guardwatch now aims to attract businesses
to provide emergency-management-as-a-service. Verstead partnered with Guardwatch to build the
enterprise arm by extending the capabilities of the platform.
The Canadaian startup - YINN is the newest resolution in e-commerce space. YINN is a marketplace
for the creative goods. From music and arts to indie movies, YINN provides the perfect space for
artists to monetize their creative work. YINN has a unique pricing feature - "Pay What is Worth
(PWIW)" which capitalizes on the buyer's sentiment for the perceived value of the arts. YINN is
soley based on a custom made ecommerce platform, developed by Verstead with a partnership with
Avantrio - the AI/ML arm to cater for the PWIW algorithm.

Two years ago at a cozy little coffee place, 4 engineers gathered to discuss an idea that has been cooking for a while.
At that time we only had a vision, a vision to supercharge the software services industry with cutting-edge technologies combined with inspiring creativity.
The discussion soon turned into an action plan and materialized days after, as a boutique dev studio in Colombo – Verstead.
After 24 intense months, we believe that we achieved significant growth as a company.
Our clientele, although small, is diverse and includes Sri Lanka, North America, Canada, United Kingdom, and France.
We cultivated strategic partnerships with promoters in North America, Sweden, and Australia further expanding our global reach.
When we look back we are proud to see us grow personally alongside our creation. But there’s still a long way to go, and this is just the beginning.
